Mum "not well"

Received call from nurse, mum "not been well for a few days"...apparantly ,not eating , has lost weight , and blood in stools. Worried.

Hi Natashalou,

Sorry to hear your mum is so poorly. Blood in stools doesn't sound too good either. Have they checked to see what the cause could be? It's disappointing that they left it "a few days" before they contacted you.

Thank you all for good wishes. Meeting with doc and ward manager today, mum has scan , has "large mass " in stomach . Furthur tests to be carried out. She actually seemed no different to usual so at least doesnt seem to be in pain
