Thanks all for your support and Mum will be having another assesment done in October since Devon PCT made such a pigs ear of the last one its null & void !

Just to update you, and to provide hope for others that are going through the same, my mum IS STILL eligiable for NHS CC its been a long hard battle and I am sure not the last. Thank you to everyone that has helped.
