my mum has a mixture of alzheimer's and dementia she has stopped eating and her stools are watery what do I do as I don't want to upset my dad.

I’m sorry to hear that your worried about your mum. Has her GP seen her? I understand that you don’t want to upset your dad but if you have these concerns then she really need to see a doctor.

Contact your Mum's GP urgently and ask for their advice. IF IN DOUBT, GET IT CHECKED OUT !
