Court of protection forms help

My mum has recently been placed in a home by social services due to her alzheimer's and wandering around. As I have no lpa in place as she didnt think I needed to do it, so now applying for court of protection. Is there anyone who can assist me with some of the questions.Cop 1a question 4 .11 do I need to get an estate agent out or can I use someone like zoopla for an estimate price
4.12 do I answer yes or no
Section 6, other info what should I put in here
