Most of you know that dad passed away six months ago and I still think back to my caring days and I keep meaning to post this suggestion for those of you who feel you are being followed! I never really had too much of a problem with dad following me and I realised that he needed to know I was there.
I often used to get him to help out in the kitchen as he used to enjoy cooking curries but sometimes if I was cooking English food he used to come into the kitchen and sit down watching me. Occasionally he did get in the way but on one occasion I played a CD called 'The Best Of 1975' and he just walked out of the kitchen saying I can't stand this music and I was left in piece. Now I admit I bought this CD because there were some of my favourite 70s songs on it but some songs such as those by a group called 'Sparks' were awful and so if you want time to yourself this is what should be in your CD player!
