Hi! I'm .... been Dx with early stages of AD, cancer survivor & an ex problem drinker, I attend regularly AD, AA support groups, yes it isn't easy, I feel so guilty for my irritabilities at times with my dear wife (she's an angel), I'm medicated so as she, I honestly thank my Higher Power of my understanding, for the Serenity Prayer, my loved ones, friends & health professionals --> be safe & take care, "baby steps / easy does it / one moment at a time", have a blessed day.

Good day to you all, indeed that Higher Power of my understanding is wonderful, I'm appeciative to HIM for ( HIS love, mercy, grace ...) being alive & could reason as I write these lines, furthermore to my dear wife, son, daughter, two adorable grandsons 9 & 11, my friends & acquaintances too, "easy does it / baby steps / one day at a time" I almost forgot I too thank HIM for all the wonderful hearth professionals & our chihuahua "dispi", she's very playful & express love & friendship, be safe, always buckle up, my most sincere wishes "que usted tenga un bendecido día" / have a blessed day --> "un momento a la vez" / One Moment At A Time.
