Hi I realise that HMRC have to be notified of Deputyship in resopect of my father. Does anyone know which address you use or do I use his tax office. Also will they require original order to be sent and will they return it?
Also have been advised to apply for Attendance Allowance for my Dad will they need to see Court Order too?

Thank you as always.

The address is
PAYE & Self Assessment, HMRC, BX9 1AS

They, especially if prompted by a 'post it' saying 'do not shred, return to client', should return the document.

You can call at a local 'job centre plus' and get them to certify a copy that you can use with your AA application.
