which dealt with people with very serious vulnerabilities, I can attest
to the fact that amendments 31 and 33 are entirely sensible and should
be incorporated in the Bill. Not having a registered medical

Caroline Dinenage: ...programme of reviews. If a person’s
circumstances change significantly, the authorisation will be reviewed
and may be found to no longer be valid. That could easily be the case
with somebody with *dementia*, as has already been highlighted. In that
way, I believe that the provision actually brings in additional
