Struggling to deal with it.....

My fathers not long been diagnosed with dementia and hes also got bipolar on top of that to and I am finding it hard to deal with also me and my mother look after him but I feel so tired and have my own mental health problems to. I just dont want to be around him as struggling to deal with everything I feel stressed and frustrated all the time. I love him deeply just like to hear our have some feed back on other people experiences of dealing handling dementia and balancing everything thanks.
