My husband has PCA. He was diagnosed with Alzheimers 4 years ago but we then found out he had PCA. There is a Rare Dementia Support group which has a lot of information about PCA http://www.raredementiasupport.org/ and there are also some Facebook groups (search for Posterior Cortical Atrophy) which are very supportive and informative.
