Dont seem to get many replies, looking for answers for my mum

You find over the course of a week different people, will different experiences, will come on the site & add to your threads.

I don't know your questions and I don't why you are not getting any responses.

This is not usual for TP.

Maybe you could phrase your questions differently??

Sorry if I am way of beam here, just wanted to reply, as I think, you feel no one was supporting you.

Gillian, I'm sorry if you're not getting answers.

We're all carers,and often don't have much time to answer questions. The moderators are carers too, and give what time they can, voluntarily. We do all read and answer as many posts as we can. Sometimes it's about something we know nothing about, so we tend to pass on to something we can help with. Other times there aren't many people online, so you may have to wait a while.

But we do try, honestly!

I'm going to look for your post now, and I'll help if i can

I am puzzled.
You have made 27 posts and there seemed to be a good dialogue with other members.
When you say you cannot get answers do you mean to some specific questions?
If this is the problem post your particular questions and I am sure that you will get some answers.

I am sorry you are so disappointed with this site.

I have looked through your posts and see that many members have replied to you.

This Forum cannot guarantee answers. It is more about mutual support. If answers come from reading of the experiences of others, that is good.

We learn from each other, share our experiences and have a number of valuable Factsheets to refer to, but no-one really has the answers.

We may benefit by reading of someone else`s experiences, which we can then apply to our own situation.

The moderators are carers too, not trained professionals. We learn as we go just as everyone else does.

I do hope you will feel more supported in future.
