ESA and PIP forms

Hi everyone, just a quick question please.

I am just in the process of filling out the ESA questionnaire and am awaiting the arrival of the same for PIP.

It states on the form that it must be filled out in capital letters. When using extra pages, do these need to be handwritten in capital letters as well or will they accept them if they have been typed on a computer and then printed out which is obviously much quicker and easier.

Hi Kalexie, I filled them in for my husband and went on to use extra pages. I typed them out and then printed themout. Just make sure you put the name and National insurance number on any extra pages. Good luck.
