Ticket for April 11 Faith, culture and dementia conference

Does anybody have a ticket that they are no longer able to use for the above conference at Friends House in London?

I just went online to book a ticket and found out that they have sold out. Same as Ccbassist I am wondering if anyone has got a spare ticket or knows where I can contact someone to see if there is a cancellation. Many thanks
