a really good cry

I logged on this morning and saw all the replys to my thread yesterday it really did make me feel so sad that there was so many of us out there, took my hubby his tea in bed and had a shower and a really good cry (best place to do it) now I feel really good and ready to tackle the day. Thank you for all the support

I`m not one who believes a good cry solves problems, but I do believe it is healthier to release the tension and pressure. So I`m pleased you had your cry and feel better for it.

A good cry releases the pent up frustrations and probably helps us to go on, otherwise we would go crazy! There's always sunshine after the rain.....

Hello all:

My husband cried this morning cos he thought he had NOT remembered my birthday.

I have just cried cos someone out there, who hardly knows me, has remembered it, played and sung Happy Birthday to me.

We cry for different reasons. It all helps.
