Holiday Insurance

Hi, my husband was diagnosed last week with Alzheimers and we are due to go on holiday in May to Spain. DOes anyone know if having Alzheimers bumps up the cost of holiday Insurance please? I have already been quoted £400.00 plus by all the insurance companies as he has quite a few heart related medical problems and I was wondering if the Alzheimers diagnosis is going to make it a lot more expensive. Thanks ❤️

I don't know your travel and accommodation arrangement but single trip insurance with a medical condition can reduce dramatically the nearer you get to the departure date.

We used staysure on our last two trips to spain. OH with Alzheimer's and irregular heart beat. Cost was high but most wouldn't cover him and they did.
