Because of the restrictions on travel and incase i get coronavirus i have just bought my mother an amazon echo show to keep in touch incase a cannot see her every day. I have set it up next to her chair we’re she sits all day as she can no longer walk. i can now video call her and it answers automatically so she can see me during the day for reassurance. i can also play her favourite music remotely and set reminders for eating and drinking through the day. I wish a had thought of this a few years ago but a great help in these difficult times ?
