We are having my husbands assessment this week. Will i keep half his Private pension. It pays my bills. I have Power of Attorney. I’m entitled to half when he dies.

Short answer - yes, but I believe that you have to request it.
If he is LA funded his state pension and Attendence Allowence will go towards the fees, but you can ask for half of any private or occupational pension

If he is LA funded attendance allowance ceases, it only continues to be paid if you are self funding as I found out when my OH became funded
