My OH has recently started choking on liquids but doesn't want anything thickened. He just refuses to drink each time he has a coughing/choking fit and as it is getting hot over here I don't quite know how to handle it. He gets dehydrated and confused but refuses even to have ice blocks or fruit juice. Any suggestions?
