A (Neil) diamond moment

We had a concert and curry night in the extra care housing complex tonight. I actual managed to get C up dancing to "Sweet Caroline" and for a few minutes she was the same lady I fell in love with 12 years ago. The spark was there and despite wobbly legs we had a great wee bit of swinging and swaying.

Like you, Pete, I am a karaoke regular (love Benidorm for all the choices) and my OH used to come too but no longer socialises. A few months ago she asked me to record one of her favourites I sing, a Jim Reeves number and so I did and played it to her. She was horrified and said it was awful! Ah well.
