Sunday Duty? Survival Tactics!

Thanks to you all for your support regarding my last message "Sunday Duty, Sunday Dread".

I had a nice time with my parents yesterday and have stored it in my "good memories part of my brain". I just tried to remove myself from my selfish thoughts and tried to remember my Mum is still my Mum and Dad enjoys seeing us all in a "social setting" and gives him an opportunity to relax.

dont worry my duty is wensday for 2 hrs plus when they need me very hard when you are not feeling up to scrach.
