I have only had a quick read
will read it properly later

I dont know about you (I do really)
I am sick of our vulnerable people , no matter what is wrong with them receiving poor,inadequate and or abusive care

if we treated animals badly, like those poor souls were treated, their would (quite rightly) be a public outcry at the very least

Another thanks for the article. It was well worth reading and well written with compassion, experience, expertise and understanding. It says all that I have thought and felt about the indequacies and 'task centred' care which bubbles just under the surface in so many care homes.
