When I saw that bit I thought she obviously didn't understand dementia that much. The lady was shouting as she was being hoisted and hitting out. Talking to her and telling her what was going to happen wasn't going to stop her fear was being lifted up. She was in her own world regardless. I thought the young bloke was lovely with them all.

I thought it more an advert for the company than the care they provide. The young bloke was wonderful and so were the rest of the staff shame they can't keep them. The staff turnover seemed very high.

I agree with Onlyme whether or not the young man explained to the woman with dementia what was going on when she was being hoisted I don't think would have made much difference under the circumstances at the time.
