    i did not realize my wife had a bit of quarts i had bought for her in whitby in her hand , she sometimes attacks the tv sreen with her hands ooops scratches all over the lcd screen brand new tv also my laptop, looked on internet for solutions, using a big pencil erazor its working but a slow job . the joys of caring 24/7.

    thanks izzy i have learned in the last year to be positive about all aspects of my situation otherwise what is the point of caring.

    Oooops! Glad you were able to find an easy, albeit slow, repair method. I had thought of getting an LCD tv but our poor old big tube one takes such a pounding and shaking that I don't think a lighter, thinner one would have a chance

    thanks never give up, i chucked the rock across the room in frustration first time in a year that i had lost my temper dont know where it landed so it is well lost, the trouble is you cannot watch someone 24hrs a day and sometimes you just dont know what is going on in their minds

    She can't help it, but I think you did the right thing in getting rid of the quartz. I too think you handled that really well, wish I had as much patience

    We all have to chuck things occasionally, it is the difference between us staying sane and going as ga-ga as those we look after. I find it is the unpredictability which wears me down, trying to cover all bases at the same time and then she throws a wobbler in another direction completely.
