MIL still in hospital waiting

hi all,

my MIL was kept in hospital overnight as she had not been seen by consultant. they had taken blood and done an x-ray so when i rang last night they could not give me any answers, not impresses.

the assessment unit rang me at 1am this morning to tell me that my MIL was staying in hospital and that they had to send an agency nurse to sit with her as she was agitated.

will ring hospital at about 11am to see if anything has been done, if not i will raise merry hell.

will post later to let you know what has happend.

I'm in the same position as you my husband has been in Section on a section 2 for 28 days now in as voluntary patient but its like a secret agency in the hospital I had a group meeting with 5 multidiscipline team members last monday when I was only expecting to meet the Consultant. I'm not a person who likes to cause problems but I think having made my points in the meeting I really have to push more for regular greater feedback
