I'm so pleased that it was found, but how convenient.... I can fully understand your anger and upset on her behalf. I do hope that she will get to wear it next time, but agree that you should keep it and the beautiful frock at your home. xx

Thanks again everyone. She called round this evening with my aunt and is much less upset than I am about the bolero; but that is because she is a much nicer person than I am. She thoroughly enjoyed her night out.

She said she is happy to bring things here to keep them safe and we will do that next weekend. In the meantime I will be drafting my letter of complaint.
