Jpa, I didn't realise you were posting as a Moderator.

Mea culpa, and I offer my sincere apologies.

In future, I will try to post no easy links to .pdf files from UK government and/or DoH sources of up-to-date information. Locally available from our UK government and Doh in the UK that is. I never realised they could be suspect, especially if the words .gov.uk appear in the link. I've always checked out the links in advance, prior to posting, so I guess I must have missed something about the credibility of our Gov and DoH.

Is there a link to information that you can provide for those of us who have so often posted links to .pdf files without understanding the dangers of doing so?

    Thanks.

…and so the story continues...upon contacting Pension Credit team today it seems no-one bothered to do anything with the info I gave originally (when I informed them my Aunt was now in CH) There is a note on file of the call but until today it had not been highlighted as needing any action. How unbelievable is that?
So the outcome - I am now promised a written reply within 5 working days which should tell me what the new Pension Credit amount will be, along with what I have to do about the overpayment made so far. (The Pension Credit advisor explained that when going into CH that Attendance Allowance stops and once that stops the disability premium part of the Pension Credit stops too). Me thinks it’s just as well I queried this sooner rather than later..
