    Dementia Relication Agency?

Are there any agencies out there that help with moving someone out of area like a relocation company?

I now need - been putting it off - to move mum to be nearer the rest of the family from Shropshire to Buckinghamshire/Northamptonshire. We have in the past looked at assisted living apartments. Very expensive, but think (hmmm) she could still deal with this type of living for a while longer, but..... I am trying to find a place that has the facilities that would take mums assisted property into consideration when she needed closer care, or has a follow on part from assisted living.

My biggest fear, and one that has stopped me before now, is that we purchase a property which mum only stays for a month in and then needs closer care and all mums money is tied up.

I do understand that there will more likely be a change/disruptive to mum, but she has been (and continues to) asking to move closer to the family and in all honesty it's also the best thing for me too. I need to get her moved this year poss early next year as I need to move home myself end of next year. I was hoping I could move mum after we moved, but I think that is just a pipe dream.

I want to pay someone to help find the correct place, help with packing and all the paperwork. Is this also just a pipe dream?
