Received a letter from cpn last Tuesday saying she would be visiting at 9.30 on the day in question to assess oh. He has severe mobility problems and if he can even get up for this time its not fair to try and assess him when its such a traumatic process.
Right I thought to myself, no problem, the letter says rearrange if not convenient. So I ring up- not available she'll ring you back later. Next day I phoned again, maybe I forgot to leave my number. Message taken again- she'll get back to you. Now its the following Monday and I'mstill waiting.
If you can't even get hold of them to change an appointment what earthly use are they going to be if you really have a problem.
Shall I ring again and keep on ringing until I can get it changed or just let her turn up and say sorry he's still in bed and I have a big problem with you assessing him now?
