I coped with another 1st!

Hi all,
It is Sonia!s 40th birthday this coming wednesday. Her family had organised a surprise party for her and her twin brother. I was invited, which of course i was not going to miss!, but it was the first social event i had been invited to except family on my own. I had to find my way there also. Having got myself in a bit of a state i then missed the turning to the road and the parking was awful - a very narrow full of houses road. It was a complete surprise for Sonia - she really did have no idea. I did enjoy it, spoke to her mother and mother-inlaw a lot which helped. They were lovely and supportive. Of course driving i could not drink - only a small amount of wine.
But i did it! and now on the wine of course.
