    Great day baking

Just had a great day baking, made a diabetic ground almond pastry base and topping with cinnamon apple filling, plus a ground almond pastry base with chocolate spread and chocolate sponge filling with flaked almonds on top, two chocolate sponges with chocolate chips, some diabetic toast bread and diabetic French bread…. That should last me a few days!!!
    All good brain activity

    Hi Barry,

I dare you to post those pictures on the slimming club It is wonderful to imagine you having a baking day and then having the rewards of your labours to eat later. The Master Baker in you coming out and I can only hope that you felt really good about this after the problems you have been having recently with all the upheaval of the local weddings.

    Thanks

    Hi folks
Thanks for all the comments and I must admit I had a lot of enjoyment doing the baking; it was just one of those unprecedented days when I woke up feeling extremely vibrant in mind and body (Long may it last!)
    Best wishes to you all
