Yes Turbo, it sounds quite interesting and I think the discussion also covers how the different banks deal with POA's.

It was a good programme but unfortunately not available to listen again on i-player. I contacted the BBC website people and they said there were technical problems and it will be available soon.

I'm pleased that they talked about problems when attorneys are appointed jointly instead of jointly and severally. I think it is quite tempting especially if attorneys live in the same area to think that they will make decisions jointly.
Moneybox live seem to have programmes on Power of Attorney on a fairly regular basis which is good.
We need to update our wills and wonder if it might be worth getting LPAs done at the same time.
