Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has used or uses or can offer any information regarding helmets for safety when supporting a person with dementia who is frequently falling?? I have been asked by a residential care home for product information on head protective wear for this purpose it is not clear what strategies or other avenues they have tried before reaching this decision, if any.
Any info would be welcome!

Sorry I cannot help with info on info/sourcing such head protection
though I am sure their is something that may be suitable, maybe if you could speak to an occupational therapist

What I came here to say is, that if the person could remove it they probably will, so you would need to take that into consideration
