It is sad and very moving but the lady concerned has lost none of her vitality and fun. She seems happy enough. I can't say any more in case of spoiling it for others to follow who may watch it. I have mixed feelings about it though.

I have not seen this before. It was very moving. I can't at the moment make any comments about it. I don't know I feel about it right now. Something for me to think about. All I will say you do take each day as it comes what ever it may be.
    Thanks for sharing.

Interesting but I do think that Barry makes some rather sweeping statements, and I find his portentous delivery rather annoying. Jan looks good and cheery to me. He may be going to a funeral every day, but she's still a lively and lovely person.

I agree with the comments. Just watched it and found it very moving. But who am I sad for? really not sure. My husband and I are so much older than those in the video and ours lives so different. She so obviously loves her husband even though she does not recognise him. yes it scares me a little when I think about what is to come.

All I could think was that it seems to work for all of them.
This disease deals out different cards to each family and we play them as best we can. Trouble is, we all lose in the end

It was wonderfully terrible if that makes sense. I saw love in each person for each person as the disease stood firm in the midst of all their lives. I'm always glad when the disease isn't allowed to destroy more than it has to.
