    CH- 'personal records'

I have recently removed mum from care home. Can anyone advise how I go about getting copy of her 'records'? I hold welf/fin POA- in Scotland.

Try a Google on patient confidentiality scotland

As a start you could write requesting a copy of the records stating that you have welfare POA which they can have sight of on request and then take it from there.

I assume you're talking primarily about the records from the Care Home? Have you actually asked them for these records? Or are you perhaps not on happy terms with them?
