Thumbs up HAPPY NEW BEDROOM Sarah !

Hello Sarah , Choosing your new Paint WILL BE OK ! PROMISE ! ! The Best Advice I have is to buy some Tester Pots of Paint to try on the Walls ! ( this is what i did & it saves a lot of Money if you do not like the colour ! ) Other Advice :

    * What Colour is your Carpet / Rugs

    * What Colour is your Cover etc on your Bed ?

These 2 " colours " will help you find a nice / suitable colour for the Walls !

Have fun & ask others if they like the new colour !

    Have a good week !

I have always fancied apricot walls I went to someones house and they had an apricot coloured room and it was so warm and welcoming

I did see some fabric at Ikea but I dont think I'm up to making curtains

I got thrown out of sewing at college as I treated the sewing machine like an Aston Martin

I really liked this fabric but it might be overpowering in a small room but it would make a statement

i liked the looseness and flow of the flowers but I'd also though of having plain calico

Think if it's on the curtains or a blind that shouldn't overpower a room. Or have some cusion covers made out of the material otherwise the room could look too bland, even with warm apricot.

I am guessing - teeth not found?

    decluttering

today I am trying to declutter - watched a video on youtube !

shesaid first you declutter then you organise so I am at the most basic stage

but the bedroom is now painted

I am waiting for a steam cleaner to arrive so I can clean the carpet properly

I always thought my carpet was pink but now I can see it all 8'3 X 8'4 i realised its actually light brown, shows how interested in my surroundings I am
not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing!

Oooooh could do with a link to de-clutter!!!

Brown - pink - what's a colour - I often wonder if the brown some one sees is a pink to me - anyway carpet will still go with some of your curtain ideas

May be able to pop in Monday - will PM you if I can
    Xx
