Hi, I am a final year Radography student assigned with coursework on dementia.

The assignment is titled " Discuss the use of medical imaging in the diagnosis and long term follow up of dementia. Identify and discuss all relevant issues and challenges you may encounter, regarding patient management"

I am completety unfamiliar with dementia and its diagnosis and imaging. If there is anyone with superior knowledge or could even possibly give me any guidance on where to access relevant journals or articles I would be very greatful to you. Please repost to me if you can be of any assistance.

I hope you get some replies but I should point out that this Forum is generally directed at dementia sufferers and their carers and the membership is unlikely to have answers to your question.

I do suggest you go to the Alzheimer's Society main Website, see the top line to the right of the logo. You will find the address and it may well be worth a general enquiry directly to the Society.
