    Hi Jin,
Lovely to hear from you. Yes, being from the North East myself I had never been to Blackpool before until I met my husband 27 yrs ago!!! I've visited many times and even lived there for a while before we were married in St. Stephens on the Cliffs church - on a VERY wet and windy day 23 years ago!
Hope you are keeping well. love Gill x

Hi Jin, thenks for the message. I hope you manage to talk to the doc this morning and find out what he is thinking. It's good that there's no swelling so it's probably not kidneys. I'll be thinking of you, let us know the result. Love,

Hello Jin..thankyou for your kind message!
"Dad got a bad chest infection, that although it was worse in someways she found her patience with him to be stronger because it was a more tangible illness than AZ..."
That's so true..it's exactly how I feel...When Eric is physically poorly I find it much easier to be sympathetic!

Hope you are both well! Love xx

Hi Jin, thanks for asking. To be honest I feel really rough, the chemo is proving much harder than I anticpated.

Rest up for two days, then I can visit Lionel. That's my pattern - every 3 days. He is still my first concern. My chemo does not finish until 2nd October. still some way to go.

Take care of yourself. aS CARERS WE ARE PRECIOUS.. Love n'hugs.

I would like to share this with someone who may have experienced the same sort of thing. My husband is in complete denial of his Alzheimers so we don't talk about it he just thinks he is forgetful more than usual but really he has had this disease fo at least 4 years and cannot remember how many children and grandchildren he has sometimes. He is ok a lot of the time --- gets impatient with 'situations' rather than people and gets terribly confused if asked to make decisions or choices of any kind!...
