My step-father (Trevor)is in final stages of Alzheimers. Diagnosed just over 10 years now at the age of 61. Although we are members of Alzheimer's Society, my mother and I have had no contact with other people who have been affected by Alzheimers, much to my regret now. It's been a lonely and isolated experience.
