I woke early feeling well again. Got ready for my sister to come for lunch. Linda was in good form when she came.

I got a phone call from Alan's daughter to invite Martin and I for dinner as they had a huge beef to roast and they wanted to share it with us. So Martin and I ate very little lunch with Linda to make sure we had room for an evening meal.

Woke up feeling great again. Got up and got ready to drive off to meet a friend for coffee. We had a lovely time and managed to grab the sofas in front of a lot log fire where we chatted as if in the comfort of our own homes

Slept like a log.

Woke up early and felt very well. Got ready so that I could be ready to leave early for the meeting regarding my sister's care.

The meeting was very intense and lasted 2 hrs. I was on top form and my brain was razor sharp which it needed to be to make sure things were very clear to each person. I was in hospital all day having more blood tests but they all showed that my levels had come down to within normal range. I was released from hospital early evening.

It was nice to be home again.

I have severe stomach ache and diarrhoea at 4am. I remain awake with constant trips to the loo. Apart from the pain I feel very well in myself.

I am hospitalised as an emergency because of acute kidney problems. I will edit this blog and fill in details tomorrow when I have more time.
