I use coconut oil in my cooking instead of industrial seed oils such as corn, soybean, safflower, sunflower and cottonseed oil. I also use MCT oil but it's difficult to find at a sensible price in the UK Organic virgin coconut oil is best bought in bulk

John has 2 new types of meds for this headache...over 20 months now. He's read the leaflets, and the possible side effects are worse than those with the previous cocktails he was on, turned in to a near zombie, still with the headache. These are for heart/kidney problems, and anti-depressants!! He was in the peak of physical health prior to headache & meds, GP said John's blood pressure was better than his!
He says he's not taking any of them till he sees GP today, or until neuropsy
