Easy Recipes for Carer's who want to make simple meals

Hi, I'm Llamedos, and want to introduce you to a new Social Group set up myself. When I started to be a carer, I went to their group meetings, and found that many carer's [men usually] had no idea how to prepare a simple, heathy, and tasty meal.
The intention of this Social Group is to assist such carer's [and others] - to tempt them to start cooking nice meals.
Plus, it's a good hobby, and has terrific benefits - lovely meals for you and your partner.
