Welcome to this new group; By profession I was a Master Baker and Confectioner travelling the world teaching people how to make and understand the technical factors of making products so my idea with this group is to give any of you that want advice or recipes about making your own Breads, cakes, decorating cakes, pastry or biscuits and exchange Recipes, we could even discuss about special products for Diabetics as I am diabetic myself, so the oven door is open to questions, assuming I can still remember the answers!
