  10. How can I help my mum cope?

    Dad has been diagnosed, 80 years old. Mum 78 and cracking under the strain, but refuses everything suggested to ease the situation, eg shopping delivered, staying with me (70 miles away) or sister more locally, respite at home etc. What else can I do?
