			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>My sister have dementia she was diagnosis when she was 54 she is 60 until about a month ago she had been living in a assisted living facility I decided to bring her home and have a cousin take care of her but,  since she's been home her health is rapidly declining she is in hospice now have been with it for almost a year they have her on some strong meds that keep her sleep most of the time now within the list couple days we have been noticing her feet have been giving her problems it's hard to get her to stand at one time a couple months ago she never slept she would walk all day &amp; night not eating she began to loss weight now she's eating but, not walking and sleeping all the time.  This have been a very hard pass 6yrs we don't know what to expect from day to day so I pray &amp; thank God for the good days.  Every story I read people with dementia have different effects.</div>
