so thats it I have returned to work after 7 weeks off ill,
I was filled with dread & anticipation not really looking forward to it at all

never mind it was only 4 hours yesterday & today, needed a lie down after that.Still it went ok & at least its making me use my brain again

I hadn't realised how mind numbing it has been just watching tv all day

still today was a charity day & with various cake sales & raffles we raised £373.all for alzheimers

life is continuing & the world well mine any way has not come to an end

still waiting for Matts test results & trying not to think it may be anything serious.
hubby works for the same bank & is having to apply for new jobs as his branch is closing. Bang goes my lift to work !!!!

Sis is settled in to dad house & so far things seem to be running smoothly. money seems to be sorted & dad is still receiving DLA, Everyone that needs copies of the POA have it & all seems well with my little part of the universe, for now!

The only blip on the horizon is financial review coming up & am praying he will still be fully funded.


Its been an eventful week visiting dad, a badger has stolen his car, he hasn't had a car since his strokes in 2007 & how a badger could see & reach the pedals to drive I do not know.

he has given birth, hoovered the carpet with his walking stick,complained about the child under the table, & being seduced by the farmers daughter, Phylis ( him not the child)

today however tops all of that, he was missing again....

heart stops & feels like I am about to throw up, then low & behold just like Hansel & Gretal leaving the bread crumbs, we see a trail of familiar
clothing..... yep he has stipped down to his undies & got into bed....trouble was it wasn't his bed

needless to say he was not a happy bunny when we woke him to get him to his room

can't wait for next week now for more thrilling instalments
