dad had a turbulent wk/end with violence and depression and we emotionally and lack of sleep all suffered but to day hes his old self when for a hour drive and he was OK.just hope we have a good night tonight. i slept very well so the day has been good for all. spoke to a few support group and Jo Jones marvelous women so helpful and reassuring so happy days all round.
