I feel like now my mum has gone that no one cares, no one is listening, no one values what I have to say - do the last 15 years count for nothing?

This is the first time for me on this site. I am in my office but my head is completely jammed with worry and stress for my family. I have been seeking help and support but the stress continues. This is yet another attempt to try and find help.

I mainly wrote the blog to get the weight off my shoulders, and being a trainee journalist, writing about something that matters to me came easily.

Ok, so I lost it today and broke down. I cried the whole day - or so it felt. I had to stop working and returned home. Then felt even worse for doing so.

I am so tired of crying now. I think the reality of losing my mom is hitting hard.

Havnt blogged for a bit
Been a bit of an up and down week felt under the weather another UTI but picking up a bit
Taken some lovely photos though and I really enjoy Chris's thread where we share our photos
Looking forward to a trip to blenheim palace at the end of the week Its nice to have a treat to look forward to and Blenheim is one of my favourite places
This afternoon my friend Margaret is coming over to do some card making so that will be fun
