I look after Mum at home with the help of my brother and I find the only thing that keeps me sane is going out for a hour walk when Mum is at the day centre. Lets face it we all need something no matter how small. Perhaps being small is what helps, not too stressfull no decisions to make just move forward and put one foot in front of the other. A sense of achievment I suppose
