Over recent months my mum has been increasingly forgetful, and lately she has become confused most of the time, cannot string a sentence together without losing the thread of what she is talking about and most worringly she now seems to be seeing things that are not there. to give an example, today she was folding something in her hand, but there was nothing there, and she thought she'd dropped it and tried to retrieve it from the floor.
